Now, to be truly honest, I've tried to play through this twice and have given up both times. Although the developers have done a great job of recreating the atmosphere of the films, the poor controls & janky camera angles make it a chore to get through.

Considering this was made by the same studio that made the excellent Buffy the Vampire Slayer game, you'd expect this to be more of the same. And in parts it really is. Just when it comes to the platforming aspects, they totally screwed it up.

To give you an example, on mission 5 you have to cross a rope bridge with holes in, the planks are not that far apart so you should be able to just hop over them, but not in this. Indy will lunge himself over the planks you want & grab hold of the next set leaving you dangling there. Good luck getting back up though, because the only button that actually works at this point is the one to let go, so that's great.

I don’t think it’s fair to rip on this too much, because I haven't given it a full playthrough. It's just not for me. it’snot a bad game but it's not a great one either, It's just average. Definitely worth a try though if you're a fan and willing to give it the time.
